Coach Aaron Phillips and his wife are amazing people, from day one stepping into the gym they both knew me by name and greeted me at the door as they do everyday. Coach Aaron is an amazing martial artist and instructor with an amazing staff/coaches beside him who have helped me sharpen my skills tremendously. The facility is also the cleanest I've ever trained at. I couldn't be more satisfied, I've made some amazing friends training here and plan to make many more!

I cannot say enough about this place! The staff right when you walk in to the minutes after classes everyone makes you feel like family. I watched my nephew attend for a year and a half turn into a totally different person. He became the best version of himself to say the least. When we got a break from all extra curricular sports that Ethan plays, I signed him up for the trial so he can experience both worlds and choose what he loved. He has grown from an impatient, hyper 7 year old boy to a more patient, responsible and respectful (majority of the time) boy. When he broke his arm 2 weeks ago the first thing he talked about was his plan that would allow him to still be in kickboxing. You can’t keep him away. He is constantly working on skills and moves and can’t wait for the next class with his coaches and fellow ninjas. If you think for half a second you child would enjoy it sign up for the trial and everyone in that building will go out of their way to help guide you and your ninja in the right direction. You will not regret it one bit. We love everyone there!

What a great way to redirect positive energy and train your mind and body to yeild to what you cant control in your life and to do new things in different stances to challenge your biggest most fierce competitor (yourself..so Bruce Lee would say) ..to gain more control to further be balanced,calm, & collective in life and in the octagon. Great strength, cardio, stamana, and skills training. The fighters there are really skilled and willing to share knowledge . Friendly environment. Great Team. Love , respect.

We absolutely love Headkicks! My daughter has been in the kids kickboxing program since January and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made! Do I need to know jiu-jitsu or Judo to study Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

No, you don’t. There are beginner classes available and many of the people who study Brazilian Jiu Jitsu have no prior martial arts training.

Do I need any special equipment to study Brazilian Martial Arts?

Students typically wear a Gi (two-piece garment worn by martial artists.) It is also typical for some students may want to wear a mouth guard. It’s a good idea to have a supply of athletic tape, as well.

As a beginner, do I need to spar?

No. Beginner classes focus on teaching basic techniques and safety, and you can then work your way up to controlled sparring in class.
